 Uniquely designed 4* Highland lodge situated in the popular village of Boat of Garten within the Cairngorm National Park

 Set in an elevated position, the lodge has great views of the surrounding hills and nearly an acre of south facing, fully enclosed woodland garden.

There are 3 decked areas and the balcony off the split level living room is a must for watching the sun go down! 

The living room features a vaulted pine lined ceiling, hardwood flooring, leather sofa’s, a cosy log burner and a large screen Smart tv. There is also a selection of DVD’s and a library with a large choice of books for those who love a good novel.

The large garden has a BBQ area with seating for 8, a hot tub under it’s own gazebo, trampoline , full size tennis table (under cover) and a ‘Sitooterie’! 

The lodge is located on the famous Speyside Way long distance walking and cycling route. Why not run, walk or cycle to the village ( approx 750 mtrs) with it’s friendly Shop and Post Office, two excellent Restaurants(Anderson’s and the Boat Hotel) Bike Hire Hub and Cafe, Art Gallery, and of course the famous Strathspey Steam Railway. Alternatively you can go down to the River Spey, picturesque Loch Vaa or through to Aviemore ( off road route ) and have a bite to eat at the Old Bridge Inn.

In addition there are also several kilometres of forest walks and trails with private access from the back of the lodge; great if you have a four legged member of the family with you !
